Shipping Time

Your order will ship within 1-5 business days once payment has been received. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase once your package leaves our warehouse. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a shipping notification email within 5 business days. The expected delivery date will be available on the courier’s tracking page.

Delivery Day

All eBike shipments will require an adult’s signature upon delivery. Please ensure an adult is present to receive the shipment on delivery day.

Shipping Method

FedEx and UPS are our main couriers for ground shipping services. We may ship with different couriers for rural and local deliveries. Courier choice is at the sole discretion of Rize Bikes.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is FREE for all eBikes under most circumstances. Enjoy FREE shipping on parts and accessories on all eBike orders. Orders that include more than one bike will usually ship together.


The ownership of all products and the risk of loss to such products will transfer to you at the time Rize Bikes delivers such products to the shipping couriers.

We reserve the right to terminate your right to use the products if the payment company chosen to process your payment declines payment or requires us to return any payment made for the products for any reason. In this case, the products shall be considered our property until payment is received in full and all disputes resolved. The Limited Warranty will also be invalidated until a resolution is reached.

Limited Warranty

All products offered by Rize Bikes are only warranted to the extent expressly stated in the Limited Warranty document as provided on the Rize Bikes website under the Support section.

Rize Bikes reserves the right to update the Limited Warranty at any time as long as the updates do not affect the customers’ rights to service, repairs, and replacements under the original terms. Such updates may include, but are not limited to, language, terms, conditions, processes, and requirements. The Limited Warranty is available via various channels, but the copy provided on the Rize Bikes website shall be considered the most current version and the only copy in enforcement.

Components Not Covered Under Limited Warranty

Components considered consumable and/or subject to regular wear and tear are not covered under the Limited Warranty. Please refer to the What is Not Covered Under the Limited Warranty section of the Limited Warranty for a complete list.

Components damaged in the case of accidents, improper storage, natural disasters, unauthorized tempering, or failure to follow instructions during assembly, installation, maintenance, or repairs are not covered under the Limited Warranty. What Voids the Limited Warranty

  • Commercial use: Use as part of a Rental Fleet or as a Company Vehicle for travel or courier purposes.
  • The installation of any electrical components not originally supplied by Rize Bikes.
  • Unauthorized tempering or reprogramming of electrical components.
  • Unauthorized modification, alteration, and addition to Covered Components and eBikes.

Warranty Claims: Customer Responsibilities

Verify Replacement Parts Received

When a customer receives replacement parts under warranty, they are responsible for verifying that the parts are correct and must report any discrepancies within 10 business days. Failure to report incorrect parts within this timeframe will result in the closure of the claim and denial of any subsequent claims. Reports of receiving incorrect parts must include:

  • A picture of the incorrect part alongside the part it is meant to replace.
  • If it’s a sizing issue, pictures showing measurements of both the incorrect and the correct parts.
  • A picture of the SKU and/or barcode on the box in which the incorrect part was delivered.
    Reply Within a Reasonable Timeframe

    Customers are expected to respond to communications from a Rize Bikes representative (via phone, text, email, etc.) within a reasonable timeframe, defined as 30 calendar days. Failure to respond within this period will result in the resolution and closure of the warranty claim. Any future claims regarding the same issue, made outside of the limited warranty period, will be denied. If a customer responds within the limited warranty period but after the 30-day timeframe has passed, the case will be reopened and placed at the end of the queue.

    Purchase and/or Service Requirements for eBike Power & Lock Components

    To help combat eBike theft, customers intending to purchase and/or service specific parts and/or accessories must provide proof of purchase for their eBikes. Otherwise, Rize Bikes reserves the right to refuse the sale and/or service of the following items:

    • Batteries, both Primary and Secondary
    • Battery Lock
    • Battery Key
    • LCD

    Return Policy

    All returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee. All returns must be first approved by Rize Bikes. Any unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back to the owner at the owner’s cost.

    The customer may request to exchange an eBike within 14 days of receiving it. The eBike must be free of any damage, dirt, dust, stain, or signs of wear and tear and must be in the original packaging and condition in which it was received. In the case of an exchange, the restocking fee is waived; however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement eBike. If the exchange results in an excess of payment for the customer, the difference will be credited to the customer in the form of a gift card. Contact Rize Bikes for a quote on the shipping costs when requesting an exchange. The decision to approve or reject an exchange is at the sole discretion of Rize Bikes.

    Refunds and Reimbursements

    All refunds and reimbursements are sent via the original payment method for the order. For the complete refund and reimbursement policies, please refer to the Return Policy and the Claims Process section within the Warranty Policy.


    Rize Bikes accepts the following payment options for online orders:

    • Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
    • Klarna

    By submitting payment for an order with a selected payment method, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions associated with such method.

    Klarna is a financing company Rize Bikes partnered with to provide customers with financing options. Rize Bikes is not responsible for any agreements between customers and Klarna. The customers are solely responsible for any communication with the financing company should any issues arise.

    Referral Program

    To qualify for a Referral Reward, the referred person must:

    1. be a new customer
    2. provide the name of the referrer at the time of purchase, and
    3. make an eBike purchase on the Rize Bikes website.

    Referring customers will receive their Referral Rewards after the referral is confirmed and the referral credit is approved by Rize Bikes. Customers are limited to referring one (1) person per household. Referring customers may only earn one (1) Referral Reward per referred person. In the event a referred person returns an eBike, the Referral Reward awarded to the referring customer will be rescinded. Customers may not refer anyone who has an existing Rize Bikes account under an alternate email address.


    Referral Rewards are not eligible to be combined with other discount codes, sale codes, or promotions.

    Gift Card

    Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Please check your Junk and SPAM folders if the Gift Card is not delivered to your inbox. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the email address provided at the time of checkout is accurate and able to receive the Gift Card delivery. Rize Bikes shall not be held responsible for any lost Gift Cards due to incorrect email addresses and customer neglect and shall not be responsible for providing remedies such as issuing refunds or credits.

    Legal Regulations

    It is the customer’s responsibility to check their local laws and regulations before purchasing and operating an eBike. Rize Bikes is not responsible for any fines and/or punishments resulting from the breach of such laws and regulations.

    Street Legality

    Under Federal law in the USA, eBikes with motors output not exceeding 750 watts and a maximum speed of 20 miles per hour are street legal. In certain states, you may be required to have a driver’s license to operate an eBike legally. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their local laws and regulations concerning eBikes before operating them in public. Regulations may vary in different counties, states, parks, public trails, etc. It is important to be well informed on local laws and regulations before operating eBikes in public. Rize Bikes is not responsible for any fines and/or punishment resulting from the breach of such laws and regulations.

    Liability Disclaimer

    There are risks associated with the use of any bike that cannot be predicted or avoided and are the sole responsibility of the rider. You are responsible for your own actions while operating an eBike. Rize Bikes is neither responsible nor liable for any accidents or injuries, whether caused by you or others, that may occur during your operation of an eBike. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to determine if your current insurance policy would cover you in the event of an accident.

    Bike Range & Performance

    Please note that information regarding the range and performance of our eBikes are estimates and not guarantees. While Rize Bikes strives to provide accurate information on our eBikes to our customers, there are many factors that contribute to the real range and performance of an eBike, such as the age and condition of the battery, climate, level of pedal assist, speed, payload, and terrain. Depending on the various conditions, it is possible to get less or more than the expected range and/or performance.

    While Rize Bikes strives to provide accurate information in the Specifications sections of each bike, Rize Bikes cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information at all times. Please note that sometimes parts are replaced with those different from what’s listed. Rest assured, all parts are thoroughly tested to guarantee compatibility and performance.     All prices are subject to change without notice. We do not price match or offer rainchecks on our products.

    Promotions and Discounts

    Rize Bikes reserves the right to discontinue any promotion at any time without notice or reason. Promotions and Discounts are not eligible to be stacked for any single order.

    An order is eligible for a price adjustment if a promotion or discount takes place within 14 days of its delivery date. This price adjustment will not be performed automatically. The customer must contact Rize Bikes to request an adjustment.

    Right to Respect

    We understand that having your eBike malfunction at any time may be stressful as you may rely on it as your only form of transportation. However, just as the Rize Bikes staff will treat you with respect and courtesy, we expect the same in return. Staff wellness is essential to us, and Rize Bikes will not tolerate any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory action and/or language toward our staff. We will issue a warning to discontinue service upon the first infraction; however, we reserve the right to terminate all services immediately if the behavior continues. All services refer but are not limited to, Q&A, warranty, and repairs. Once a decision has been made to terminate all services, it is final and will not be reversed.
