Shipping Time
Your order will ship within 1-5 business days once payment has been received. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase once your package leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive a shipping notification email within 5 business days, please check your spam or junk folder. The expected delivery date will be available on the courier’s tracking page.
Delivery Day
All eBike shipments will require an adult’s signature upon delivery. Please ensure that an adult is present to receive the shipment on the delivery day.
Shipping Method
FedEx and UPS are our main couriers for ground shipping services. We may use different couriers for rural and local deliveries. The choice of courier is at the sole discretion of Rize Bikes.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is FREE for all eBikes under most circumstances. Enjoy FREE shipping on parts and accessories with all eBike orders. Orders that include more than one bike will usually ship together.
U.S. Customs Duties
Due to recent tariff implementations by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), all parts and accessories shipped to the United States are now subject to import duties. Customers are responsible for paying these duties directly through the UPS tracking page once the shipment is processed by customs.
eBikes are excluded from these duties and will continue to ship without any additional import charges.
